Julia cofounded LATERAL in 2011 ; since December 2018, she’s been acting as Non-Executive Advisor to the company.
For over 15 years, Julia has helped businesses and brands with their brand and innovation strategy, covering multiple categories and geographies.

Prior to LATERAL, Julia was an Associate Director at Added Value (Kantar Consulting), which she’d joined after working for Cadbury’s European Category Innovation Center (now Mondelez). She started her career as a consultant in a boutique innovation firm.
Julia holds a BSc in Economics and an MSc from LSE.
